The term ‘Strata Entertainment Ltd’ ‘LAMB’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website whose registered office is PO Box 5096, TROWBRIDGE, BA14 4ED. The term ‘you’ refers to the user, buyer of products or viewer of our website.

1. Delivery
Orders for physical goods are usually dispatched within 3-5 days but in some circumstances this may take longer. Goods should be delivered to UK/EU customers within a maximum of 10 days and to customers elsewhere within a maximum of 14 days. Please allow a maximum of 20 days for delivery of your goods. If your order has not arrived within 20 days, please contact us info(at)stratashop.co.uk.
In the unlikely event that your order cannot be fulfilled within 30 days, we will contact you to offer a refund, a revised delivery date, or, where applicable, substitute goods. If you do not receive your merchandise within 30 days of ordering, please contact us with your FULL name and postal address, any email confirmation received, and your order number.
Orders to UK customers are sent by First Class Royal Mail and to Europe and Rest of World by standard airmail.
If your delivery address is outside of the EU, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any such additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you.
‘Pre-order’ items will not ship until manufactured, please do not contact us regarding the location of pre-order items before the item’s release date and standard shipping time has passed.
Download items (e.g. song tracks) are available immediately after payment has been received and then for a period of 14 days. Please ensure you download any purchases during this period.
2. Returning Goods and Refunds
2.1 If you are a customer within the EU, you can cancel your order and receive a full refund within 30 days) in the following circumstances:
1) You cancel within 7 days of receipt of the order confirmation email which is sent by Strata Shop on behalf of LAMB Official immediately after payment is received. You will also receive a payment confirmation from Paypal which processes payments securely on behalf of Strata Shop.
Where your order has already despatched you are liable for the cost of returning the goods to Strata Shop in their original condition.
2) You may cancel your order within 7 working days of receiving the product. Except where faulty or incorrect items have been received, all items must be returned at your own expense and in excellent condition.
Refunds must be requested within the timeframe indicated above by email to accounts(at)stratashop.co.uk.
Notwithstanding the above, please note that refunds cannot be offered in respect of:
- Unsealed CDs, DVDs, Books: items cannot be returned where the shrink wrapping has been broken. CDs/DVDs/Books sold without shrink-wrapping are not eligible for refund.
- Products which are sold as digital downloads once download has been attempted.
- orders not received where this is the result of the customer submitting an incorrect address during the order process.Goods will be sent to the address given by you during the order process and confirmation will be sent to the email address you supply when ordered. Customers purchasing via a personal Paypal account should ensure the delivery address saved in their Paypal account is up-to-date.
2.2 To request a refund please contact Strata Shop via the website ‘Contact Us‘ page within the required timeframe (see 1), 2) above). Refunds will be made within 30 days and can only be made to the credit card used to make the original purchase. Goods must be returned within 30 days and in excellent condition to:

3. Purchasing
3.1 Payments are processed securely via Paypal. You can purchase goods from LAMB Store with money held in your PayPal account balance (Paypal account holders) or use another payment method such as a credit card, debit card or your bank account. Please select your preferred option at checkout.
3.2 Payment is taken at the point of ordering. Sales taxes, where applicable, are included in the price of the product.
3.3 You undertake that all details you provide for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods or services are correct, that the credit or debit card you are using is yours.
3.4 Your contract for purchases made through this Site is with Strata Entertainment Ltd.
If any provision of these Terms shall be held by any competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining parts of these Terms and the remainder of the affected provision shall be unaffected.
